📋 Description

• Glasgow-based delivery team at the forefront of space technology.
• Build controls, tooling and processes for complex, multi-year programmes.
• Work with Delivery Project Managers to provide real-time programme visibility.
• Analytical, self-directed, and excited about AI-enabled delivery.
• Hybrid work model; three days per week in the office.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project controls, planning or scheduling (aerospace/defence)
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project); baseline and interrogate schedules
• Analytical and detail-oriented; work across schedules, costs and metrics
• Builder, not maintainer; self-directed and proactive; design tooling
• Wrike/Smartsheet/Monday.com experience; AI tools exposure (Databricks/Power BI)
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics or related field
