Project Controls and Integration Lead

📋 Description

• Manage the FORGE Engineering Cell study program: schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
• Integrate outputs from process and equipment engineers into unified design basis documents.
• Incorporate basic team data into cost and schedule estimates.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between workstreams (process vs facility layouts).
• Support government stakeholder deliverables with technical project documents.
• Track risks, open questions, and design decisions to enable rapid decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; distill complex tradeoffs into clear decisions.
• Experience on megaprojects as a technical integrator or lead engineer.
• Intimate knowledge of FEL stage-gate framework.
• Strong mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering foundation for credible technical discussion.
• Ability to manage complex, ambiguous early-stage projects with evolving scope.
• 4–8 years in project engineering or technical program management in heavy industry, energy, or aerospace.
