Project Controls Manager

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain project-controls standards, calendars, coding structures, reporting
• Oversee project cost controls, including approved budgets, commitments, actual costs, accrual
• Coordinate with Scheduling to align cost and schedule information, validate progress, and maintain
• Participate in the commercial review of contractor and vendor pay applications, change orders, and
• Maintain change-control and trend-management processes that document scope movement, pricing
• Develop and maintain project and portfolio risk and opportunity registers, facilitate risk reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
• Seven or more years of progressive project-controls experience supporting large capital
• Strong experience with cost control, forecasting, change management, risk management, progress
• Experience participating in the commercial review of contractor pay applications, change orders
• Working knowledge of construction contracts and delivery models, including design-build, guaranteed
• Experience using a PMIS and related cost, schedule, and reporting tools, such as Oracle Primavera
