🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a
• At least 8 years of experience in Cost Controls, Project Controls, cost management, forecasting
• At least 2 years of experience managing personnel in Cost Controls, Project Controls, or a related
• Experience with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling is considered an advantage.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Experience in large-scale construction or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)
