Project Coordinator

📋 Description

• Maintain project schedule, milestone tracker, and action log for robot cell design efforts
• Organize design reviews, capture decisions and open items, follow up until closure
• Track customer requirements, specifications, and change requests; maintain revision control
• Coordinate with mechanical, controls, software, and process engineers
• Manage procurement tracking, supplier lead times, and delivery status
• Plan shipping, receiving, site logistics, customs and export documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or equivalent
• Experience supporting robotics, automation, or capital equipment installations
• 2-4 years project coordination or project management in manufacturing/aerospace/defense/automation
• Demonstrated record of meeting deadlines and risk tracking
• Working knowledge of ClickUp, MS Project, or Smartsheet; strong Excel skills
• Clear written and verbal communication with engineers, executives, customers
