Project Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support the planning and implementation of gaming and innovation projects in Azerbaijan, including
• Assist in tracking project milestones, timelines, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and
• Maintain and update Jira dashboards, project trackers, calendars, participant lists, and supporting
• Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting notes, and follow-up
• Monitor tasks and follow up with internal teams, partners, vendors, speakers, mentors
• Support communication and coordination with government institutions, universities, gaming studios

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Project Management, Event Management, Technology, or a related
• At least 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, event
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate meetings and events, maintain documentation, track deliverables, and follow
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
