📋 Description

• Coordinate multiple projects, launches, and priorities.
• Build and track timelines for programs, content, and campaigns.
• Ensure deadlines and milestones are met; flag bottlenecks.
• Coordinate contractors, freelancers, and internal teams.
• Maintain PM systems Airtable, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Slack.
• Support leadership with updates and project visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in project management or operations.
• Experience with coaching online education or creator-led businesses preferred.
• Familiar with launches, client programs, and online business.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating contractors, freelancers, or VAs.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset.
