📋 Description

• Maintain the master new product development tracker, ensuring project stages, milestone dates
• Collect project updates from Product Development, Brand, Creative, Operations, and other relevant
• Monitor upcoming deadlines, overdue activities, dependencies, and timeline risks, escalating issues
• Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and action items, and follow up to
• Prepare and distribute concise weekly project status updates.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative communication with contract manufacturers, vendors, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, marketing coordination, product development
• Experience in beauty, consumer packaged goods, wellness, or a similar consumer-focused industry is
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, deliverables, and
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and precision when managing
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking or project management tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools, particularly Claude or similar solutions, to draft, summarize
