Project Coordinator – Constructions

📋 Description

• Contact and qualify cold and warm leads by phone
• Create and prioritize target account lists
• Conduct high-level conversations with target accounts
• Lead follow-up from marketing events and inquiries
• Track activity in a CRM
• Compensation: ₱40,000 to ₱50,000 per month

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years sales experience in real estate
• Prior experience with Close.com CRM
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Excellent internet for video calls and a working computer
• Ability to work in the US time zones
• Excellent English, idioms assessed
