Project Coordinator (GoHighLevel & ClickUp) Night Shift

📋 Description

• Coordinate multiple projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring deliverables, milestones
• Create, assign, monitor, and update tasks in ClickUp while maintaining accurate project timelines
• Monitor outstanding and overdue tasks, follow up with owners, and proactively address bottlenecks
• Provide clear project status updates and escalate issues when additional support or decisions are
• Coordinate meetings and communication across clients, internal teams, vendors, and other
• Document meetings, decisions, action items, and follow-ups, ensuring commitments are tracked

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a
• Practical hands-on experience with ClickUp and GoHighLevel/HighLevel is required.
• Strong organizational, time-management, prioritization, and follow-up skills, with exceptional
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally
