📋 Description

• Monitor, track, maintain, and update program websites and information related to Extraordinary
• Respond to healthcare provider inquiries through telephone, email, and designated
• Assist with the moderation and coordination of educational teleconferences, webinars, and other
• Identify trends, recurring questions, and emerging educational needs based on feedback and input
• Collaborate with education specialists and program leads to develop, organize, and coordinate
• Support day-to-day project activities by maintaining accurate records, tracking deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate scientific discipline or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in Public Health or another health-related discipline is preferred.
• Previous professional experience in healthcare or a related field, understanding of healthcare
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications for documentation, communication
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, maintain accurate
