📋 Description

  • Coordinate Rehab Portfolio across all project phases.
  • Build relationships with Community Managers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Keep project deadlines on track with Community Managers.
  • Flag bottlenecks that could risk timelines or budgets.
  • Lead planning for special projects and brainstorm solutions.
  • Support day-to-day tasks of Occupied Homes Rental Inspection Program.

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field, or 3+ yrs in construction/renovation.
  • Experience coordinating construction, renovation, or capital-improvement projects (manufactured housing a plus).
  • Proficiency with project management software; good Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with renovation best practices; certifications a plus but not required.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license.
