📋 Description

• Own the engineering pipeline tracker
• Manage survey intake
• Facilitate incentive paperwork from application through payment
• Coordinate installing contractors and equipment vendors
• Recommend improvements to vendor selection, project sequencing, and engineering processes
• Support design engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering technology, construction management, business, or
• 1-3 years of experience in engineering, construction, facilities, or project coordination
• Exposure to commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or building construction
• Experience with utility incentive or rebate programs is a plus
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong Excel skills, experience with structured workbooks and templates; Smartsheet, Airtable, or
