📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery, meeting objectives and timelines.
• Analyze workflows; remove bottlenecks to speed delivery.
• Drive change with new processes and best practices.
• Apply Agile methods: Scrum, Kanban, Lean.
• Manage scope, risks, and team capacity.
• Monitor metrics: velocity, lead time, CFD.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Project/Delivery Manager with measurable improvements.
• Hands-on with delivering process improvements in software teams.
• Strong Agile knowledge: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SDLC.
• Advanced Jira and Confluence skills (workflows, JQL, automation, reporting).
• Ability to collect and act on delivery data to improve decisions.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, a plus.
