Project / Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery processes to meet objectives, timelines, and quality.
• Analyze workflows; remove bottlenecks to speed up time-to-market.
• Drive change management with new processes and best practices.
• Use Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SDLC) to improve planning and execution.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and team capacity across initiatives.
• Monitor velocity, lead time, CFD, and burn-down charts for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Project/Delivery Manager with clear improvements to processes and team
• Ability to present case studies showing challenges, solutions, and impact.
• Hands-on experience with process improvements in software teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SDLC).
• Advanced Jira experience: workflows, roles, JQL, automation, reporting; Confluence.
• Understanding of delivery concepts: scope, risk, capacity, decomposition.
