Project Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the execution engine for the Project Delivery team.
• Drive cross-functional teams toward goals across the project lifecycle.
• Govern SOPs, tools, and project delivery processes.
• Manage the window between final design and COD/NTP to safeguard timelines.
• Translate high-level objectives into executable stakeholder tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years PM/Program/Delivery experience in renewable energy.
• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios in volatile environments.
• Ability to break down objectives into stakeholder work streams; influence without authority.
• Understanding of project sale processes and renewable project economics.
• Experience managing external EPCs and contractors through bids.
• Cross-functional communication with Interconnection, Project Development, Engineering, Finance.
