📋 Description

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team for full project delivery (OTIQ)
  • Drive content and quality of growth projects

  • Identify delivery risks and drive gate reviews

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree or Master in Engineering, Food Science/Technology or business management
  • 10+ years in innovation or project management, FMCG preferred
  • Understanding of Marketing, R&D, Operations, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing
  • Experience in new product/packaging innovation commercialization
  • PM role in an international matrix organization
  • Structured, driven, energetic with excellent communication; team and independent work
