📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery processes, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while meeting
• Analyze existing workflows, identify delivery challenges, and introduce improvements that increase
• Drive change management initiatives by implementing new processes, frameworks, and best practices
• Use Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SDLC principles to improve planning
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, resource planning, and team capacity across complex
• Monitor and analyze delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, lead time, cycle time, CFD, and

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role with documented examples
• Ability to present structured case studies demonstrating challenges identified, solutions
• Hands-on experience introducing process improvements and change initiatives within software
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean
• Advanced experience with Jira, including custom workflows, roles, JQL, automation rules, and
• Strong understanding of delivery management concepts, including scope management, risk assessment
