📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery processes to meet objectives, timelines, and quality.
• Analyze workflows, remove bottlenecks, and boost team effectiveness.
• Drive change through new processes and best practices with alignment.
• Apply Agile methods: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SDLC.
• Manage scope, risks, resources, and capacity for complex programs.
• Monitor velocity, throughput, lead time, CFD, burn-down/up charts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Project/Delivery Manager with improvements to delivery processes.
• Structured case studies showing challenges, solutions, impact.
• Hands-on process improvements within software teams.
• Strong Agile knowledge and SDLC practices.
• Advanced Jira experience (workflows, JQL, automation) and Confluence.
• Delivery management concepts: scope, risk, capacity, decomposition.
