Project Delivery Specialist

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of assigned research projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Develop and manage project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Escalate risks and issues when necessary.
• Act as the primary contact for clients during project execution.
• Provide project updates and status reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in market research operations, project management, survey programming, or related areas
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify questionnaire and setup issues
• Open to work in night shift (6 PM IST to 3 AM IST)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
