Project Designer V

📋 Description

• Collaborate with design leaders to develop concepts through all project phases.
• Translate goals into refined spatial/material solutions; guide detailing.
• Direct client presentations of 2D/3D visuals; lead design presentations.
• Collaborate with interior designers and experts on holistic design.
• Coordinate with engineers to align design with building systems.
• Apply performance-based and sustainable design; support energy modeling.
• Apply these approaches to large-scale or multiple projects.
• Mentor emerging professionals; foster collaboration and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture required; accredited program preferred.
• Portfolio with at least 2 built designs showing personal contribution.
• Minimum 10 years of related professional experience.
• Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of exterior and interior materials and assemblies.
