📋 Description

• Conceptualize design solutions with design leaders and teams through all project phases.
• Translate design goals into spatial/material solutions; guide detailing with architects; support docs.
• Lead 2D/3D visualizations; mentor team; lead presentations.
• Collaborate with interior designers and experts on holistic exterior-to-interior design.
• Coordinate with technical leaders and engineers to align design with building systems.
• Incorporate performance-based and sustainable design strategies, supporting energy modeling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Design portfolio with personal contribution; at least 2 constructed buildings.
• Minimum 10 years of related professional experience.
• Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
