📋 Description

• Lead the development of AI infrastructure and data center projects from executed agreement through
• Develop and manage integrated development roadmaps, project schedules, budgets, milestones, and
• Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning, and infrastructure requirements
• Partner with utility providers, municipalities, engineering teams, consultants, and development
• Lead development reviews and executive readiness meetings
• Establish development readiness criteria and project controls

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data center development or related fields
• Experience with permitting, entitlement, utility coordination, and consultant management
• Strong understanding of infrastructure development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Proven ability to lead complex developments independently
• Strong project management skills
