Project Development Manager - Data Centers

📋 Description

• Lead the development of large-scale data center and infrastructure projects from executed
• Own integrated development plans, including schedules, budgets, milestones, assumptions, and
• Coordinate permitting, entitlement processes, utility planning, infrastructure requirements, and
• Establish project readiness criteria and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Evaluate project progress and provide Go/No-Go recommendations at key milestones.
• Coordinate electrical, fiber, water, sewer, transportation, and other infrastructure planning

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data center development or related infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing complex development projects with permitting, utilities, and
• Strong understanding of infrastructure development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, utilities, legal
• Ability to independently manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
