Project Development Manager- Data Centers

📋 Description

• Lead development of large-scale data center projects from executed agreements through construction
• Own integrated development plans: schedules, budgets, milestones, assumptions, pre-construction
• Coordinate permitting, entitlement processes, utility planning, infrastructure requirements, owner
• Establish project readiness criteria and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Evaluate progress and provide Go/No-Go recommendations at key milestones.
• Coordinate electrical, fiber, water, sewer, transportation, and other infrastructure planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data center development or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing complex development with permitting, utilities, consultants, and
• Strong understanding of pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, utilities, legal
