Project Director

📋 Description

• Lead the complete development lifecycle of assigned communities, including predevelopment, design
• Represent the Design and Construction function in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, executive leadership
• Support project feasibility activities, including market analysis, site selection, environmental
• Lead and coordinate the design process through Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, and
• Apply established design standards while evaluating innovative concepts, materials, and products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in real estate project management
• Strong experience managing complex development and construction projects from feasibility through
• Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, delegate to, and coordinate teams of partners
• Ability to influence and direct the work of individuals and external partners without having direct
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, construction oversight
