Support the project with implementation.
Maintain strong relationships with government representatives.
Lead all phases of programs from inception to completion.
Plan and execute programs to meet contract obligations; assist PM with scope, schedule, budget.
Manage day-to-day operations: schedules, deliverables, and responsibility matrix.
Ensure project documents are complete and properly stored.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
More than 15 years of end-to-end core business systems projects.
At least 5 years as Project Director in energy sector projects.
Worked on 4+ Latin America projects of similar scope.
Experience implementing software in the public sector (2 projects in 10 yrs).
Canadian or USA passport required.
