📋 Description

• Inspires the creative team using brainstorming sessions, team meetings and project reviews, and
• Assigns Creative Directors to projects and oversees quality and creative objectives ensuring client
• Set early-stage concept and narrative, help shape the project with the client and team
• Act as Creative Director for projects where required
• Own creative pitch briefs, attend pitch briefings and define creative requirements and strategy
• Allocates appropriate creative team member to work on the pitch and reviews response ensuring
