Project Director

📋 Description

• Own overall delivery of the project: programme, budget, quality, health and safety, and handover.
• Build and lead the construction team, including Project Managers and the QA/QC function.
• Plan and sequence the works with the CEO, from excavation through to completion.
• Select, contract and manage main contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
• Coordinate closely with the in-house design team so buyer customisations are delivered on time and
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus building regulations, permits and St. Regis brand standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in construction, with senior project leadership of large-scale residential, mixed-use or
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams of 40+ people.
• Strong command of programme, cost and contractor management on projects of comparable scale.
• Fluent English.
• Experience on luxury or branded residences (hospitality-branded developments a strong plus).
• Developer-side (client-side) experience.
