Project Director, Evaluation and Measurement Strategy

📋 Description

• Develop theory of change models and logic frameworks
• Lead research design for programs and initiatives
• Serve as a primary research liaison for strategic partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, statistics, data science, mathematics, or a related
• 7–10 years of experience in strategic planning, data science, performance measurement, evaluation
• Strong experience developing evaluation frameworks, performance measurement systems, and data
• Proven experience with data warehouses, data transformation tools, relational databases, and
• Strong proficiency in statistical programming and analysis using R, Python, and/or SPSS
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced research methodologies, including longitudinal studies, control
