🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 10+ years telecom/infrastructure or project management
• Experience leading commercial or partnerships for major initiatives
• Strong finance: business cases, financial models, revenue projections
• Negotiation and vendor/contract management experience
• Governance, risk management, and multi-stakeholder leadership
