Project Director / Manufacturing Director, Operations

📋 Description

• Partner with leadership team to help build and establish the site, from recruiting key talent to
• Create operational and financial goals, budgets and objectives for assigned manufacturing area
• Apply high level of scientific analysis and decision-making to influence design and ongoing
• Drive assigned manufacturing area to meet site business strategies; accountable for operating
• Guide development and implementation of business strategies to achieve budget expectations and
• Ensure staff members are provided training and coaching to build technical knowledge and capability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field such as Chemical Engineering; advanced technical
• 12+ years experience including individual contributor work building technical expertise and proven
• 8+ years experience in a similar drug substance, drug product, biologics and/or aseptic sterile
• Demonstrated ability to lead successful teams and experience partnering cross functionally in a GMP
• Business acumen coupled with functional leadership experience to ensure effectiveness and high
• Travel up to 50% during initial start up phase of the project
