📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate activities for the successful completion of the project(s) in accordance
• Coach and mentor project managers working under them.
• Establish the organizational chart and project processes to ensure the proper functioning of the
• Address processes malfunctions as needed and motivate staff effectively.
• Coordinate activities on the project(s) among different trades and departments.
• Validate contractual options, whether they are technical, financial, or time related.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working with Tier 1 marine contractors.
• Willingness to work on a rotational schedule of 6 weeks on-site followed by 3 weeks off.
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in marine construction.
• Currently or recently in a Project Director / Senior Project Manager role.
• Experienced people and team manager, seeking consensus and demonstrating good listening skills.
• Advanced understanding of contract management.
