Project Director, Responsible Critical Minerals

📋 Description

• Establish and manage partnerships with government, businesses, civil society, and worker groups.
• Lead planning and implementation of project activities.
• Design, convene, and facilitate multi-stakeholder dialogue platforms to drive action.
• Oversee due diligence, human rights risk mitigation, and remedies with stakeholders.
• Oversee project budget and compliance with policies and funder guidelines.
• Oversee recruitment and staff management; build a high-performing team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in human rights, public policy, science, or engineering.
• 10+ years international project experience; 7+ years in leadership.
• Experience addressing sustainability concerns in extractive/mining sectors.
• Experience building systems for operations, risk/cost controls, and sustainability planning.
• Proven ability to manage teams, facilitate collaboration, and build coalitions.
• Fluency in English and Filipino/Tagalog; MS Office proficiency.
