🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of professional electrical engineering experience, with a strong focus on building or
  • Professional Engineer licensure is not required, but candidates should be willing to pursue
  • Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), energy codes, and life-safety
  • Demonstrated experience with electrical load calculations, service sizing, panel schedules
  • Ability to carry a basic design through detailed engineering with minimal oversight and operate
  • Experience coordinating or managing remote drafting and modeling resources.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary of $120,000, with first-year total compensation of up to $150,000+.
  • Profit-sharing of 1–9% of base salary annually.
