Project Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage MPS project deployments
• Deploy, maintain, and support client MPS environments (hardware/software)
• Install and support print management software
• Provide on-site or remote technical assistance to end-users
• Perform firmware updates and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate project implementation to ensure timely completion
• Resolve technical issues with customers and provide good service
• Document configurations and project progress
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent
• 1-2 years IT/printer/technical support experience
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments is a plus
• Knowledge of on-premise/cloud print management (Papercut, YSoft, uniFlow, SafeCom)
• Basic networking and server administration knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Experience supporting Windows and MacOS operations
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and Windows 10/11
• Adept understanding of print environments and their application
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Time management and multitasking
• Service-oriented towards internal and external customers
