Manage temporary vs permanent power, water, and site infrastructure.
Track risks, action items, and key technical decisions.
Interface between OpenAI leadership and external delivery partners.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Eng.
7+ years in large-scale infra, industrial construction, or data centers.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong understanding of project delivery, utility coordination, permitting.
Experience managing schedules, risks, and tech dependencies.
PE or PMP certification is a plus.
