Project Engineer, Critical Lift (Starship)

📋 Description

• Plan, analyze, and execute critical lifts and heavy-haul transports
• Develop lift plans, rigging designs, and transport configurations
• Review mass properties, load paths, and structural interfaces
• Lead on-site lift operations, dry runs, and real-time monitoring
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Structures, Manufacturing, Launch Ops)
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, ASME B30)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 2+ years hands-on mechanical/structural hardware experience
• 1+ year crane lifting, rigging, or transport operations
• Proficiency with CAD tools: AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, or Siemens NX
• Proficiency with engineering analysis software (e.g., ANSYS)
• Knowledge of lifting standards/regulations (OSHA, ASME B30) and strong communication
