📋 Description

• Lead transversal projects across Asia
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Coordinate project implementation with internal stakeholders
• Analyze practices and propose scalable improvements
• Contribute to lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Use data and performance indicators to monitor impact

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related
• 3-5 years in project management, lean management, or process improvement
• Affinity for technology, digital tools, and AI
• Strong analytical capabilities and data analysis
• Excellent English
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills: Excel and PowerPoint
• ERP/SaaS experience would be a plus
• Experience in consumer goods, quality, inspection, or audits
