🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years IT infrastructure and Microsoft technology project experience.
• Experience with distributed/remote teams in a collaborative setting.
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft cloud, security, endpoint, and
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra ID security features.
• Strong English communication, analytical thinking, and customer service mindset.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Hyper-V, storage; MSP/PSA/RMM experience a
