3–5 years IT infra and Microsoft project experience
Experience with distributed/remote teams
Hands-on with Microsoft cloud, security, endpoint, infra
Experience with Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra ID
Strong English comms and customer-service mindset
Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102, SC-200, SC-400, SC-100, CCNA, NSE4, VCP/VCTA
