📋 Description

• Oversee Project Engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget installation.
• Main contact for in-house crew, customers, and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets and schedules; track progress and variances.
• Travel to sites as needed; ensure safety qualifications.
• Complete customer documentation; coordinate billings with Accounting.
• Develop relationships with BU managers and key customers.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Chemical) or Construction Mgmt
• Experience in combustion or EPC projects
• Experience on construction/installation projects
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management
• Moderate travel required
