📋 Description

• Mentor, guide, and advise Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers
• Oversee high-profile and complex construction projects with significant responsibility and limited
• Collaborate with project and team leaders to allocate resources effectively and maintain project
• Participate in project hand-off meetings to gather key information, clarify expectations, and
• Review and approve construction project documentation and Schedules of Values used for owner
• Actively manage project schedules, budgets, costs, and overall profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in industrial construction, including demonstrated
• Extensive experience managing construction project budgets, schedules, profitability, and cost
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, project management processes, and contract
• Strong familiarity with contracts, subcontracts, change management, negotiations, and commercial
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor project management and field teams.
• Experience with construction and project management software such as Procore.
