Project Interior Designer IV

📋 Description

• Lead client and project team to set goals and vision.
• Lead interior design with focus on furniture planning and design.
• Guide design through all project phases from pursuit to construction admin.
• Coordinate design work with disciplines; ensure code compliance.
• Lead furniture FF&E documentation and procurement.
• Mentor staff and participate in client meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in interior design, interior architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of related interior design experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design, storytelling, organizational and communication skills.
• NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Travel as required.
