Project Lead - Commercial Plumbing

📋 Description

• Handle preconstruction steps: submittals, coordination, site visits.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and overall progress.
• Coordinate with field crews, contractors and vendors.
• Manage RFIs and change orders.
• Attend all PM meetings; review plans and ensure code compliance.
• Track costs, change orders and project documentation.
• Coordinate final close-out: punch lists, demobilization, warranties, manuals, AS-Builds.

🎯 Requirements

• Project management experience; construction/plumbing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bonus: commercial plumbing experience.
