Project Leader

📋 Description

• Lead and execute workplace and real estate projects end-to-end (e.g. relocations, rebuilds
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and critical path
• Support and lead lease negotiations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage matters related to rent reviews, lease extensions and terminations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7-10 years of experience within workplace, corporate real estate, facilities management
• Project management within workplace, real estate or similar field
• Understanding of workplace and real estate portfolio strategy, with ability to contribute to
• Experience in lease negotiations and understanding of tenancy law / rent tribunal processes
• Experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, locations and business
• Experience of delivering projects across the Nordic countries, including projects outside the
