Project Management Associate

📋 Description

• Design and coordinate end-to-end partner distribution plans
• Serve as PM hub across partner management, commercial, connectivity, operations
• Drive cross-functional execution to launch catalogs and integrations
• Own the distribution project pipeline; prioritize by impact
• Build repeatable onboarding processes for partners
• Track KPIs and report progress to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• STEM/Engineering background required
• 3–5 years in project/program management or PMO
• Background in tech startups or marketplaces
• Strong organization and stakeholder management
• Comfortable working across commercial, technical, and ops teams
• Fluent in English and Spanish; PM tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, Monday) a plus
