📋 Description

• Be the main owner end‑to‑end of distribution data & performance analysis from defining key
• Be hands‑on with SQL and a BI platform (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) to build and
• Ensure the successful execution of our distribution plan across markets by conducting channel
• Collaborate closely with external partners and with internal teams to meet performance expectations
• Scope, run, and analyze experiments across channels (pricing tests, marketing investments
• Diagnose and improve our ways of working — surface strengths, gaps, and bottlenecks in processes

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a STEM degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data)
• 3–5 years in analytics/growth/strategy roles within high‑growth startups or demanding corporate
• Advanced SQL (required) and one or more BI tools — e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase —
• Strong analytical toolkit
• Process‑improvement oriented: you spot strengths and gaps in team ways of working and drive
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; you influence without authority and collaborate
