Project Management Lead

📋 Description

• Build and mature the PMO with standards, templates, and tooling.
• Lead, mentor, and hire project managers; set performance paths.
• Own end-to-end delivery of high-priority enterprise deployments.
• Oversee the global portfolio; monitor resources, capacity, and timelines.
• Define metrics and drive continuous improvement of post-sales execution.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align deployment needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise software implementation or complex project mgmt.
• 3+ years people management; grow/mentor teams.
• Proven PMO build/scale in fast-growing B2B SaaS.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems, procurement, or ERP.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive relationship skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced startups; bias for action.
