📋 Description

• Build and mature the PMO: architect project mgmt standards and templates.
• People Management & Leadership: manage, mentor, and hire PMs.
• Hands-On Project Execution: own end-to-end delivery of enterprise deployments.
• Portfolio Governance: oversee global onboarding and monitor capacity.
• Metrics & Continuous Improvement: define metrics to optimize post-sales execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align Product and Engineering on deployment readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise software implementation, tech consulting, or complex PM.
• 3+ years direct people management; growing and mentoring implementation teams.
• Proven PMO building/launching in fast-growing B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems, procurement workflows, or ERP methods.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship skills.
• Thrives in high-growth startups; strong analytical problem-solving and action bias.
